New Year, New Forms

HMCTS has issued new forms for the use in divorce/dissolution and Children Act cases.  The forms have been amended to reflect recent changes to the domestic violence provisions and MIAM exemptions.

 

The following forms are affected:

C100

Form FM1

Form A

Form A1

Form B

 

The amended forms have already taken effect (from 8th January 2018); practitioners and court users should note that the older versions of the forms will only be accepted until Friday 12th January 2018.  After this time, older versions of the form will not be accepted by the Court and will be returned to the applicant.
