President’s Guidance: ICACU

Sir James Munby has issued the following President’s Guidance of 10th November 2014: The International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU), intended to provide guidance as to the correct route for practitioners to follow when pursuing requests for information from other jurisdictions within children proceedings.

The ICACU have also produced this leaflet entitled General Information about the ICACU and its Role, containing helpful “at a glance” information, legislation, case law and contact details to use when liaising with the Unit.
