Standard Family Orders: Consultation

The President of the Family Division has published a myriad of draft standard orders for use in all family proceedings (think CAP form or CMO, multiplied by 40…) which will be subject to a consultation period until 16th April 2018.

Practitioners are encouraged to consider the draft orders and respond to the consultation with any views.  The orders are likely to be rolled out for general use and will only be workable if there has been a collective effort to draft them in the most practical way possible.
